Responsibilities: - Handle automobile defense cases from inception through trial - Participate in at least 10 jury trials - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Attend depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey - 3-4 years of experience in automobile defense litigation - Strong communication and writing skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
